Isabel is the Delivering on Equity Director at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, spearheading the collective’s cross-organization planning and coordination, fundraising efforts, and communications.

Prior to joining MassBudget, Isabel was the Executive Director at Worcester Interfaith, where she led the organization to many victories for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion during her tenure. She also worked at Community Labor United and SEIU Local 509.

As an active community member, Isabel participated in many local committees and boards, such as the City of Worcester Jobs Fund, Inclusive Democracy Project, Worcester Community Labor Coalition, Mass. Department of Public Health – Health Equity Task Force, Mass. Voter Table Steering Committee, and more.
