Policy Analyst
Victoria (Vicki) DiLorenzo is a Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, focusing on housing policy.
Before joining MassBudget, Vicki was the Executive Director at Right to the City Boston (RTCB), a citywide coalition organizing for policies that prevent displacement and advance housing justice for working-class communities of color. In that role, she anchored organizing efforts for equitable zoning & development, tenant protections, and participatory budgeting. As a graduate student, Vicki researched and authored a report on rent stabilization policy designs to support the work of grassroots housing organizations as they drafted state legislation. Vicki is passionate about advancing housing policies that guarantee dignified and affordable housing for everyone, and is inspired by social housing models that have been successful in other countries.
Prior to this, Vicki worked for several years in higher education at UMass Boston and Harvard University. Vicki holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Boston, and a master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP) from the Harvard Kennedy School.
