- Prior to FY12, the Commission on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth was funded by an earmark in the School-Based Health Programs line item (4590-0250) in the Dept. of Public Health. In FY04-FY05, the earmark was $250,000. In FY06-FY08 the earmark was $350,000, in FY09 it was $550,000, and in FY10-FY11 the funding was unspecified. These totals are not included here. In FY12, funding for the Commission's operations moved to a distinct line item in the Governor's Office, although funding for implementation was still within the Dept. of Public Health.
