  • Funding for the Mass. Family Networks program, the Parent-Child Home Program, the Reach Out and Read program and support for improved child care quality moved in and out of several line items, so these line items are grouped together.
  • From FY01-FY05, funding for the Reach Out and Read Program was a $500,000 earmark in the Early Literacy Grant Programs line item (7030-1003) in the Dept. of Education, but that funding is not included in this group. From FY01-FY05, the Mass. Family Networks program was funded by an earmark in the Office of Early Education (7030-1000), but that funding is not included in this group. In FY07, the Mass.
