- The State Supplement to SSI Payments has been funded in several line items, so they are all grouped together. In FY01-FY02, there was a line item funding payments for prior years. From FY01-FY12, there was a separate line item funding the State Supplement to SSI for the Blind. Starting in FY13, most of the funding for the SSI supplement for the blind was incorporated into the line item funding the State Supplement to SSI, and a small share of the funding (4% in FY13) was incorporated into the funding for the Mass. Commission for the Blind. Funding for the Mass. Commission for the Blind (4110-0001) is not included in this group.
