- Funding for domestic violence programs has shifted among various line items within various departments, so they are grouped together. From FY01-FY03, there was funding in the Dept. of Social Services, the Dept. of Public Health and the Office of Community Development. Starting in FY04, all of these domestic violence programs were incorporated into the Support Services line item in the Dept. of Social Services (Dept. of Children and Families). In FY17, funding shifted back to the Dept. of Public Health and was consolidated into the line item supporting domestic violence prevention and sexual assault prevention and treatment (4513-1130).
